 Other graphical programming tools for Arduino:

Ardublock (ardublock.cc): free, plugin for the Arduino IDE

Modkit (modk.it): not free by now, except for a limited online version)

There are other graphical envoronments, but these (S4A, Minibloq, Ardublock and Modkit) seems to be the main four.
